I've moved this to Ask A Moderator since it would be better suited in here (rather than bumping up an older thread with OT information).

Queries asking why other members have different privileges etc would be better suited towards off-public areas.
If you would like to apply to become a moderator on here then either post in here, or send one of the admins a PM, detailing your reasons why you would like to become a moderator.
